Healthcare technology advances very rapidly, and hospitals are quick to adopt this technology in an effort to improve patient care. Medical equipment has a significant impact on the hospital infrastructure, and as a result can be very difficult to install with minimal interruption. Ray Martin Company has a history of successfully installing new MRI suites in functioning hospitals and has become the contractor of choice for many of the medical equipment companies. We have an in-depth knowledge of not only the HVAC requirements, but the medical equipment requirements and appropriate methods to install your next MRI suite.

 

Water Features

The installation of water features is considered by many to be an art. Manufacturers will often provide contractors with a box of materials and expect them to have the knowledge and experience for a successfully installation. Ray Martin Company has installed many of the most significant water features in the Omaha Area. Our portfolio includes the Joslyn Sculpture Garden, 1st National Wildlife Fountain, and the 1st National Data Center.

Other examples of Special Projects we have accomplished include:

 

• Installing temporary Olympic pools in an existing arena and convention center


• Designing and building a de-humidification room to prevent condensation inside bread wrappers when fresh bread is frozen


• Solving a nuisance steam venting problem by installing a heat recovery system to use the waste steam to preheat domestic water


• Designing and building a system to allow chocolate to be piped from remote tanks to an assembly line
